Comprising of a pair of LED lights to mount on crash bars or light bracket, plug and play cable harness with miniature headlight relay and OEM Honda fog light switch this gives the Honda Africa Twin the triangular headlight look associated with Adventure bikes.
The HIGHSIDER SATELLITE LED lights which come from Germany are E-Marked as dip beam so can legally be on whenever the bike is ridden, the beam pattern is perfectly flat and gives a great light the same colour as the factory fitted LED headlight.
The lights can be switched on using the Honda genuine fog light switch, but the cable harness also connects to the high beam switch on the bike so the lights will come on with high beam if they aren't needed on for normal riding.
The kit plugs into the 4 pin connector behind the speedometer and has a loop through plug the same as Honda 08U74MJPG50 which retails at £40.
Additionally there are connections on the harness for plug and play connection to either a cigarette lighter socket or Hella power socket or twin USB charger with voltmeter that can be supplied separately.
At a fraction of the cost of the Honda fog light kit, the light output almost identical, but because the lights are dip beam rather than fog lights they can be used legally at all times.
When the fog light switch is on the green fog light symbol in the Africa Twin dashboard is illuminated.
