LEO VINCE SBK XRV750 AFRICA TWIN EXHAUST available from dualsport.com
The original exhaust before removal |
The first task is to soak the flange clamp in WD40 or similar.

Next remove the two bolts that hold the exhaust to the bike and loosen the flange clamp Then remove the old exhaust hanger |
| Remove the Right pillion peg then refit with exhaust mount behind

The Leo Vince exhaust is significantly smaller and half the weight of the original exhaust |
Fit connector pipe to silencer then line the exhaust up against the bike
Ensure the pipe is vertically aligned then fit into place with the straps in the kit |

Finally refit the side panel The exhaust is E-Marked with a removeable core which should not be removed for road use.
With the core removed the throaty V-twin sounds magnificent but not too loud. I've no idea what the dB would be to say if it is legal without the core in the UK |
